“Fears of an Entrepreneur”
“The vibration of fear pass from one mind to another just quickly as the sound of one’s voice. The person who gives expression, by word of mouth, to negative or destructive thoughts, is certain to experience the action of negativity.” ~ “Think and Grow Rich” by Napoleon Hill
Fear
“Let’s first define fear- an unpleasant often strong emotion caused by anticipation or awareness of danger whether the threat is real or imagined; the feeling or condition of being afraid; a feeling of anxiety concerning the outcome of something.” ~ Merriam Webster
Fear, doubt, procrastination, worry, criticism and indecisiveness are closely related, where one is found the others are nearby in thought and action. Fear paralyzes reasoning, imagination, self-reliance, enthusiasm, initiative, uncertainty, encourages procrastination and accurate thinking. Fear comes in the form of being bound or whipped spiritually and physically.
A state of mind is something that you assume, it cannot be purchased, it must be created. The subconscious mind accepts the dominant ideas, mood or feelings one has. Choosing ideas, mood or feelings of positivity will rule the subconscious mind and your actions will mimic.
“A man who knows the inner workings of the subconscious mind is never worried about lack.” ~ “Think and Grow Rich” by Napoleon Hill
Entrepreneurship
Entrepreneurship is the activity of setting up a business, taking on financial risks in the hope of profit. Risk is the degree of probability of such loss. When an entrepreneur develops a business model, they are fully responsible for its success or failure.
See how the emotion of fear can creep up during the journey as an entrepreneur?
Fear of success is when you have an ongoing fear of succeeding, so much so that you might be inadvertently self-sabotaging. It’s more about the fear to change and outside of your comfort zone.
Fear of failure is when you allow that fear to stop you from doing the things that can move us forward to achieve our goals. Fear is the signal of action to move in the opposite direction in which is faith.
Faith attracts greatness and the emotion of fear attracts failure. Which one will you choose? Both cannot dwell in the same mind.
“If you want riches, you must refuse to accept any circumstances that leads to poverty.” ~ “Think and Grow Rich” by Napoleon Hill
