The Resolution Project provides lifelong Fellowships to select young leaders, including seed funding, strong advisory support, access to resources, and a community of peers. Resolution invites undergraduates attending host conferences to propose impactful, socially-responsible projects in the Resolution Social Venture Challenge. The Social Management Immersion Program (SMIF) at the Stanford Graduate School of business subsidizes Stanford MBAs interning with social purpose organizations who would benefit from a summer intern, but cannot afford to pay MBA market rates.Employers conduct their own hiring process. In the event the employer finds a student who is a good fit, the student applies for SMIF funding to supplement the organization’s salary.
